When you're ready to place your order you can copy and paste the questions below into an e-mail to fill them out, then send them to:

Answer each question as thoroughly as possible and try to submit ALL of the information I'll need to design your blog up front (photos, titles, URL's for links, font preferences, etc.). Click on the links for an explanation of what each item is. If you have something specific in mind for your design please be specific in your order. Information submitted after I start on your design may result in a longer design time and possibly additional charges.
