Once you've completed the Order Questionnaire a non-refundable $25 deposit (which will be applied to your total) is required to hold your place on my waiting list. After I've had a chance to look over your questionnaire I'll send you a PayPal invoice for the remainder of your order, which is due before I get started on your design.
