1. Are we a good match?
Before you contact me, please take some time to check out my past designs. Do you like what you see? Do you think we are a good match?
If you are still searching for the right designer for your project and you have some questions, please make sure to read through my policies, and frequently asked questions for more information. I require all potential clients to agree to my terms and conditions before submitting any payment. This alleviates any confusion, and helps start the design process on the right track.
2. Contact Me
If I am the designer you have chosen to work with, then don’t hesitate to contact me right away!
After I review your inquiry, I will provide you with a final quote, and directions on how to submit payment. Payment in full is required to start on all projects. Based on the nature of design, no refunds will be offered after the design process has begun.
If you need assistance with hosting services, domain registration, or blog transfer services, I can provide those for you as well. Just let me know if you require my assistance.
3. Design Time
After I have received your payment for the project, the fun will begin. I will start by inviting you to my project management software where your project details and correspondence will be managed. I will then provide you with a mood board or layout sketch with the inspiration details you provide, or any creative suggestions I might recommend. After approval of color scheme, font choice, layout, etc…is made, I will send you an invitation to see the mockup design on a test site. You will then be able to offer any additional critique, and will have three free revisions. Any revisions beyond this number will incur an additional fee.
Installation of the design on your blog will only happen after you have given 100% approval of all of the design details. I will ask for your permission (via form) before final installation. Once permission is given, the process of installing begins, and changes will only be made upon your request and at a fee of $90/hour.
After projects are completely installed, a screenshot of your design to be added to my design portfolio, and I would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to write up a testimonial of your experience using Blogger Boutique. I strive to build the best client/designer relationship that I can. Customer Service is very important to me.
